Solution focused, goal oriented.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio, (also licensed in Arizona and Massachusetts) offering telehealth services. I work with adult individuals (23+) experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, relationship and communication concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, and stress management issues. I operate from a strengths based, solution focused, and trauma informed approach. I work with my clients to provide the support they need to develop and meet their goals. I utilize a variety of tools to help clients including videos, podcasts, books, and other resources. I earned Bachelors Degrees in Psychology and Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Walsh University. Prior to counseling I spent 10 years in D-1 sports developing athletic performance. Currently I teach yoga in our community and believe in the importance of a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. I enjoy time with my wife and rescue dog, as well as reading, vegetable gardening, backpacking, trail running, cooking, and experiencing live music.
